This role should be specialized in developing business opportunities for retail trading solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive Growth and Acquisition: Strategically develop the business to increase high-net-worth (HNW) and Accredited Investor trading volumes. Take ownership of the sales trading proposition in Singapore, actively growing the client base through referrals, networking, events, and relationship-building.
- Premium Client Engagement and Retention: Manage high-value client relationships with a proactive, tailored approach to enhance client satisfaction and trading activity. Develop and execute strategies for client onboarding, retention, and engagement to maximize long-term value.
- Execution of Sales and Trading Activities: Handle day-to-day sales trading, including managing inbound queries and executing client orders. Ensure a smooth trading experience by staying informed on market news and providing timely insights.
- Collaborative Market Positioning: Collaborate across teams to enhance the firm’s competitive edge and deliver optimal service. Contribute to strategic initiatives, marketing, and business development to support the achievement of office targets and revenue goals.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience with retail derivatives
- Strongly preferred: an existing client network or book of business.
