Core Responsibilities: (list in order of critical deliverables)
• Bakery – Possess knowledge of baking techniques and processes, with the ability to follow recipes as needed.
• Pastry – Knowledge of pastry techniques and processes, know the type of pastry and their application. The ability to follow recipes as needed.
• prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked goods according to established recipes.
Mandatory requirements:
• 2 to 3 years’ experience working in Kitchen settings. Needs to be familiar with kitchen equipment.
• Diploma/certificate in pastry or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
