Position title: Internal Sales Coordinator
Location: Woodlands
Working Days: Mon-Fri
Working hours : 9am-6pm
Salary : SGD 2,200- SGD 3,200 (depends on experience)
Job Description/ Requirement :
- Attending to client’s enquiries / orders via email or over the phone
- Providing quotation and stock availability status, delivery schedule
- Order processing
- Providing administrative sales support
- Handling general administrative work-data entry and filling
- Liaising with factory on delivery status
- Efficiently respond to any other online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner
