About the Role:
Our consulting firm seeks a skilled T24 Business Analyst with extensive experience to support a financial services client. In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement effective T24 solutions that meet complex business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to document business requirements for T24 enhancements and implementations.
- System Configuration: Configure T24 to align with business needs, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Solution Design & Testing: Design T24 solutions, create detailed specifications, and support testing to maintain quality standards.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams to support project goals.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot T24-related issues, performing root-cause analysis and recommending solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on T24.
- Skills: In-depth T24 knowledge, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; familiarity with SQL and T24 reporting tools is a plus.
- Preferred: Agile/Scrum experience, in-depth banking industry knowledge, and business analysis certification.
