About Our Client

Our client is a global electronic components multinational organization, specializing in embedded solutions. They provide end-to-end services that support the entire product lifecycle, from design and engineering to supply chain management and manufacturing. Headquartered in the USA, this organization operates in over 140 countries and serves industries such as automotive, industrial, healthcare, and consumer electronics. In recent years, the company has invested in digital transformation, IoT, and AI solutions, helping businesses innovate and bring products to market faster. They are now seeking a Senior Finance Manager, a new position within the finance team, in line with business growth.

Job Description

  • Perform variance analysis on key financial ratios across actual, forecast, and budget results on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Present financial findings, insights, and actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing proactive recommendations to support sound financial decision-making.
  • Oversee financial accounting, management reporting, internal controls, pricing analysis, and return on working capital (ROWC) within the business.
  • Collaborate with Shared Services and Group Consolidation teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data submission and reporting at month-end.
  • Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage cash flow, including credit management, and liaise with auditors during the year-end audit process.
  • Maintain and enforce finance policies, internal controls, and the delegation of authority framework.
  • Facilitate management review meetings (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
  • Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Regional Finance Head.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as CPA/CA would be beneficial.
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant experience, including leading teams.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in technology and project accounting.
  • Proficient in financial tools such as SAP, Power BI, data warehouse structuring, and advanced MS Excel.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to embrace new technologies such as artificial intelligence in financial processes.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
