As an Assistant Manager (Fundraising), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Implement and manage the execution of activities to achieve fundraising objectives.
  • To strategize, develop and implement fundraising initiatives through events, appeals, in the conventional or e-platforms.
  • To initiate and/or coordinate grant application and follow-up.
  • To oversee and ensure that the fundraising and donation processes are in-line with the prevailing policies and procedures.
  • To guide and supervise team responsible for donor engagement, partnerships and fundraising.
  • To review current framework of donation management operations, to facilitate a streamline process of donation processing and donor relations building and management.
  • To conduct donors profiling so as to improve fundraising strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a degree in relevant field.
  • 5 years relevant working experience.
