As a Staff Nurse (Disabilty Home), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Deliver proficient nursing care tailored to personalized care plans.
- Dispense medications and therapies as directed.
- Monitor residents' well-being and promptly communicate any alterations.
- Aid with daily tasks.
- Keep precise medical documentation.
- Foster clear communication with residents, families, and medical staff. Uphold adherence to nursing protocols and standards.
- Engage in quality assurance initiatives.
- Offer education and assistance to residents and their families.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing
- Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
