The People & Culture intern will be part of the HR Department supporting the team on operations relating to the full spectrum of the employee lifecycle and maintaining an excellent workplace culture. Absolute professionalism and discretion are required due to exposure to sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Recruitment Activities, including Campus Recruitment:
- Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment events and career fairs
- Assist in the planning and execution of on-campus and virtual recruitment events
- Support the design of engaging materials for recruitment purposes.
- Assist in maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of recruitment processes and documentation.
Coordinate Internal Training Activities
- Assist in organizing and coordinating internal training programs and workshops.
- Help track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Facilitate Employee Wellness Activities:
- Contribute to the planning and execution of employee wellness initiatives and engagement programs.
- Assist in organizing events and activities that promote a positive and healthy workplace culture.
- Collaborate with the HR team to measure employee engagement and gather insights for enhancing workplace satisfaction.
Skills & Requirements:
- Able to commit to a 6 months full time internship starting 2025.
- Currently pursuing a Degree, or diploma in Anthropology, Sociology, Human Resource Management, Sports Management, Business or a related field.
- A curious, independent and approachable team player
- Strong aptitude for problem-solving and ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-cultural environment.
- Being a sports enthusiast is a strong plus
