Job Description
- Develop and execute investor relations programmes.
- Manage production of investor relations materials.
- Manage investor and analyst engagement events.
- Be updated of developments in the REITs and real estate sectors to provide insights on market activities, competitive landscape, shareholder and ESG related issues.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or Communications.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry and exposure to equity capital markets.
- About 4 years of external communications in the REITs/ BFSI industry - to manage communication between corporate management and investors.
