Duties and Responsibilities:
• Keeping record of the daily opening and closing balance of the store.
• Ensuring proper maintenance of the cash registers.
• Reporting discrepancies to the supervising authority of the store.
• Accurately calculating and handing change to customers
• Check the labels and tags of all customer purchases and make the bills in accordance with the same.
• Completing all tasks assigned by the manager or supervisor.
Skills and Specifications:
• Should possess good verbal communication skills for interacting with customers.
• Should have good arithmetic skills and the ability to calculate efficiently.
• Should be compliant with the procedures for recording credit and debit card transactions.
Education and Qualifications:
• GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ level
