· Book keeping, keeping track and managing of accounts payable and receivables
· Managing and generating billings and invoices in a timely manner
· Monitor and ensure payment within time frame, general book entry and coordinate with accountants in ensuring accurate and on time filing where necessary
· Managing claims and reimbursement
· Ensuring accounting operations are carried out according to internal SOP
· Perform other financial and accounting duties as required
Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent
· Hands on experience with accounting software
· Hands on, meticulous and organised
· Hard working and a good team player
