Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain equipment list (Aircon, Uninterruptible Power Supply, Electrical Board, Fire Protection System, Environmental Monitoring System)
- Liaise with relevant authorities/ subcontractor/ clients/suppliers on maintenance, repair & Testing & Commissioning job
- Answer Technical hotline phone call
- Update Emergency call (E-Call) statistic and email to team for reference
- Schedule of Maintenance, Repair and Testing & Commissioning Jobs
- Maintain master schedule, ensure schedule is up to date (E-call, Follow-up, Ad-hoc)
- Prepare and maintain Method of statements (MOS)/ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), checklists
- Assist update Risk Assessment (RA) for job site requirement
- Assist Technical Manager/Engineer negotiate/procure materials, equipment and labor in accordance to the allocated budget
- Perform administrative supports to team pertaining to technical operation
Requirements:
- At least Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in related field
- Prefer 2 years relevant working experience
- Candidates with administrative experience
- Competent in Microsoft Office
