Job Responsibilities:
• Preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry and meat, marinating ingredients, and preparing sauces.
• Ensure that food items are prepared according to standardized recipes and portion sizes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstation.
• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain stock levels and report inventory needs.
• Menu Improvement: Provide input and suggestions for menu items and recipes based on experience and customer feedback.
• Other ad-hoc duties
Job requirements:
• Have initiative and hardworking with positive attitude to learn and contribute.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in kitchens
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Team-oriented and detail-oriented.
• Possess a valid food hygiene certificate.
