- Prepare quotation and process order including delivery follow-ups
- Liaising with Sales Personnel and customer on existing and incoming stock detail
- Handling and keeping track of customer’s enquiry and order by phone call / email
- Maintaining full sets of Sales documents
- Generating delivery orders and Invoices
- Prepare Proforma Invoice/Sales Contract
- Issuing debit and credit Note
- Maintain Consignment Stock Report (if applicable)
- Participate Inventory Count and Stock Comparision
- Work closely with Production Department on products manufacturing matter according to schedule planning
- Relief absence colleague on order processing
- Liaising with transportation company for goods, sample and document delivery
- Ad-hoc assignments tasks as prescribed by the Superior
Requirements
- GCE O Level with 2 years of Sales admin working experience
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Good coordination and planning working experience
- Good PC Knowledge such as MSWord & Excel
- Working location at Jurong East Area
