Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analyzing & enhancing operational processes in Real Assets Investment
- Assist in investment overviews, valuations reporting
- Extract & input data from HQ to relevant format used in Asia
- Participate in annual MAS survey submission
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 3-5 years of portfolio management experience in Real Estate investment
- Proficient in Systems & MS Office Applications
- Analytical & Meticulous
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to start in January 2025
