- ERT Management:Ensure fire safety requirements are followed.
- Conduct weekly fire hazard checks.
- Prepare, execute, and distribute the Emergency Response Plan.
- Conduct fire drills and ensure occupants are familiar with escape routes.
- Train and supervise the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and occupants for emergencies.
- Operate the Fire Command Centre during emergencies.
- Conduct 2 Table-Top Exercises annually to evaluate emergency plans.
- Submit annual FSM reports.
- Project:Monitor and coordinate fire safety maintenance.
- Ensure occupant load complies with the Fire Code.
- First Aid Management:Train occupants in first aid and evacuation procedures.
- Fire Safety Awareness:Organize campaigns and activities to promote fire safety.
- Coordinate medical checkups for ERT members (SCBA/Hepatitis B), track outcomes, and maintain records.
- Admin Roles: Coordinate medical checkups for radiation workers.
- Manage I&I case documentation and reporting.
- Track headcounts and calculate I&I Frequency & Severity rates.
- Maintain records of ERT, I&I statistics, and radiation badge medicals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fire Safety Manager
- Must be a registered Fire Safety Manager
- Completion of Advanced Certificate in Safety & Health (Level-B)
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
