Job Description:
1) Coordinate and drive the development and execution of innovation ideas by identifying key trends in Transaction Banking including evolving technologies like AI, ML, DLT etc.
2) Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure that the agreed innovation and digital initiatives are prioritized and work with various team to take this forward.
3) Understanding the evolving client needs and market changes based on the discussion with the Cash and Trade Product teams and aligning and building innovation and digital roadmap.
4) Responsible for ensuring that all the DX initiatives are Fit for Purpose and seamlessly working with Legal, Compliance, Treasury and Cash Product Development team, Implementation towards this.
5) Ensure proper commercialization of innovation and Digital initiatives by working with the APAC Cash and Trade Product teams.
6) Contribute to GTBD's internal education and communication and bring members' interest in DX to a certain level of knowledge.
Job Requirements:
- 5-10 years of Transaction Banking business experience including in Asia region
- 3-5 years of experience in Transaction Banking related innovation in Asia region and digital initiatives and some experience in the latest technologies like AI, ML, DLT etc.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization including using influencing skill to drive business
- Bias for action and ability to get things done; Perseverant, Analytical and ability to manage ambiguity.
