- Procurement – procurement of adhoc small value items,including stationery, food catering, bus bookings.
Student administration – Help to process applications for financial
assistance and related schemes for students from low-income families.
Finance matters – Follow up with parents on outstanding bills on a monthly basis.
Staff matters – Update leave and medical leave on the staff movement board.
Record keeping – e.g. utilities and telecommuniations monthly usage, photocopy monthly usage, maintain list of expiry dates of contracts and agreements.
Attend to walk-in visitors (parents, vendors, etc) and students requiring assistance at the General Office.
Attend to sick and injured students
Answering telephone calls and directing the calls to relevant staff.
Attend to incoming parcels and school emails
Any other duties as and when assigned by the school.
Qualification
GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate or its equivalent, in the English medium.
Good communication skills in English, and preferably be conversant in Mandarin.
Able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude even when under stress.
A pleasant personality and a team player with good interpersonal skills.
An independent worker with initiative.
Has an eye for details, and has good organisation and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Word and Excel.
