The account manager will support the agency across 3 key accounts.
Scope of work
- Support the Account Director and Planning Director on tactical and strategic aspects of the account;
- Confident to lead, pitch and present to the clients during a proposal;
- Provide a touch-point to our clients in daily account liaison requirement
- Engage in difficult conversation with clients on behalf of the team members;
- Leading the process of establishing the ways of working for the social team to follow to conduct audits, create analytics reports, proposals and processes for clients.
For all placements
- Responsible for helping the agency and clients stay up to date with the ever-changing social and digital platforms.
- Support the clients in community management and response escalation.
- Work with the creative and management team in developing campaign concepts and proposals.
- Work with the creative team in visual concepts from graphic design pieces to animated content and production work.
- Ensuring that the agency is abreast with all changes across all social media platforms.
- Manage clients' and team members' expectations in line with agreed cost and scopes of work;
- Manage out of scope work and ensure OOS work are reasonably acceptable in view of timeline and resource available and that they are billable;
- Manage resources and work closely together with all internal and external parties (e.g. clients and suppliers) to ensure targets, deadlines and deliverables are met
Key requisites
- At least 3 years’ experience in an advertising agency or related field.
