Temp Customer Associate
Responsibilities:
- Support the team in managing daily customer service activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Training will be given to effectively operate the cashier (POS) system.
- Assist with the prompt issuance of vouchers and the redemption of e-Gift cards.
- Address customer inquiries via email and telephone.
Temp Retail Associate
Responsibilities:
- Stocktaking and retail sales tasks.
- Customer support.
- Cashier duties.
- Opening and closing shifts at the outlet.
- Any ad hoc duties that the hiring manager assigns.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a retail crew is advantageous
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Work Schedule:
- 5 day work week
- Must be available to work on December 25, 2024.
- Rest days will be from Monday to Thursday, with mandatory work from Friday to Sunday
