Job Description
· Responsible for the design of Critical Power Solutions.
· Design the MV and LV switchgear, transformers, NER equipment, gensets, transfer switches (both ATS & STS), both Static and Dynamic UPS systems, Energy Storage systems, PLC control panels and system control narratives.
· Responsible for the integration of the equipment that is part of the Critical Power Solution. Liaise with individual vendors of the equipment to define the necessary interfacing.
· Responsible to meet the Tender and/or Project specification. Clarify the design in design meetings with internal departments and/or customer.
· Responsible to lead the Engineers and Drafters by stating the design targets.
· Check and verify engineering documents against system design.
· Follow developments in the industry related to the Energy Transition, regulation changes and trends, and adapt and contribute to new concepts.
Qualifications
· Minimal a master’s degree in electrical engineering or relevant expertise.
· Minimal 5 years’ experience in similar job function
· Proficient in designing an electrical power system.
· Good understanding of power generation and related electrical switchgear.
