We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the SAP Workstream Lead in a SAP S/4 HANA upgrade program for our global client.
You will drive key transformation initiatives to ensure a smooth transition for the organization, with a focus on stakeholder alignment, communication, and adoption strategies.
What You’ll Be Doing (ie. Job Duties):
- Develop and execute tailored change management strategies, focusing on SAP S/4 HANA transformation.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather input, build alignment, and secure buy-in.
- Design communication plans aligned with program goals and keep senior management updated through various channels such as newsletters and reports.
- Facilitate workshops and change-related events to support transformation efforts such as Design Thinking workshops for collaborative problem-solving and innovation
- Frame user journeys by identifying pain points and areas for improvement.
- Develop templates (e.g., impact analysis, communication plans) to streamline processes and manage risks.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify risks early and adjust communications and training to mitigate resistance.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and ensure alignment with Rio Tinto’s strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in change management within large, complex matrix organizations.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder assessments, impact analysis, resistance management, and communication/adoption strategies.
- Prior experience with SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC transformations is preferred.
- Capable of creating impactful digital/visual content to engage stakeholders.
- Comfortable interacting with senior leaders, driving alignment, and leading meetings with executives
- Able to craft compelling communication materials for internal audiences.
- Sociable, collaborative, and capable of maintaining momentum in high-pressure environments.
