Position: Procurement & Sourcing Executive
Location: Bank, Asia Square
Salary: Up to $8,000 per month

Duration: 12 months contract

Key Requirements:

  • Experience with Oracle Software System
  • Strong background in procurement and sourcing
  • Familiarity with vendor management and outsourcing processes

Responsibilities:

  1. Procurement Management & SourcingImplement branch sourcing and outsourcing procedures, identifying, evaluating, and selecting vendors.
    Manage direct purchasing activities, handling end-user requisitions for services and consumables, and monitoring the full procurement lifecycle.
    Monitor and review vendor performance for contractual and SLA compliance, conducting regular reviews to maintain due diligence.
    Maintain a central contract database ensuring regulatory and policy adherence.
    Act as the primary liaison for vendor-related issues, including system malfunctions and resolutions.
    Support supplier performance tracking and evaluations via governance meetings.
    Build strong relationships with stakeholders and service providers.
  2. Vendor Risk Management and OutsourcingFacilitate vendor assessments and registrations, ensuring due diligence and approvals before onboarding.
    Assist Business Units with Inherent Risk Questionnaire (IRQ) and Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) processes, including name screening checks.
    Review IRQs and DDQs to assess engagement level risk.
    Maintain a comprehensive register of onboarded vendors with all required documentation for regulatory compliance.
  3. Record ManagementSupport the branch's record management process, working with vendors to ensure accurate and current archival records.
    Collaborate with Group Corporate Services to apply record management policies in the branch.
  4. Office ManagementCoordinate office administration for efficiency and safety, supporting adherence to service levels.
    Manage facilities upkeep, including coordinating contractor activities for office improvements.
