Job Responsibilities:
- Achieves warehouse operational goals by recruiting, selecting, training, and mentoring employees
- Supervises daily warehouse activities, focusing on optimizing efficiency and reducing staff overtime
- Ensures safe and effective operations through the implementation of policies and procedures
- Analyzes logistics data to improve productivity and support loss prevention efforts
- Establishes and monitors security procedures within the warehouse
- Oversees distribution, warehousing, and shipping functions
- Supports warehouse operations by forecasting needs, managing budgets, and scheduling expenditures
- Enhances warehouse systems by defining product handling and storage requirements
- Manages stock control, inventory management, and motivates team members for operational success
- Plans warehouse layout, product flow, and handling systems to improve facility design
- Streamlines warehouse processes by analyzing workflow and implementing improvements
- Contributes to warehouse objectives by making recommendations and adhering to policies
Job Requirement(s):
- Degree in Logistics Operations or Supply Chain Management
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in established MNC 3PL companies
- Managing a minimum of 50 staffs
- Budgeting and forecast experience are required
