Responsibilities:
- Lead the Practice team in development, configuration and implementation of the firm’s Practice Management System
- Organise and review meetings
- Oversee and supervise the Practice Management team in providing support to internal teams
- Lead and provide guidance during review meetings
- Consolidate and provide weekly progress updates to the core Project Team
- Monitor and manage vendor’s progress in fulfilling deliverables and meeting timelines
- Support Project Lead in tracking implementation progress, monitoring customisation budget and preparing information for meetings with vendor
Requirements:
- At least 6 years’ experience in a site supervisor role, preferably from the professional services, consulting or financial services industry
- Project management experience in enterprise business management solutions is advantageous
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting or a related discipline
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible and able to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work effectively under time pressure
