Responsibilities:
· Liaise with customers on new application and/or renewal of Tenancy Agreement.
· Liaise with customers on termination such as deposit refund form, check out of workers.
· Perform administrative duties such as data entry to the Navision, handling emails, faxes, etc.
· Use NAV software for workers check in/out, generate billing summary, print invoices etc
· Constant updating in NAV system (Create customers’ code, add service list, create rooms, Create reservation, etc
· Update weekly marketing report to Management.
· In charge of all administrative aspect of Nexus Dormitory
· Follow-up & monitor on outstanding payment with customers.
· Update and check outstanding payment data spreadsheet daily or weekly.
· Issuing Tenancy Agreement, IRAS stamping
· Update check-in /out form and workers’ information into NAV system
· Invoicing such as check billing, generate recurring billing, print of invoices from the NAV System.
· Issuing of correspondences to customers such as Termination letter, Billing agreement, New Tenant Letter, Chasing payment letter etc.
· Daily coordination with Dormitory operation teams and provide support to operation team when necessary.
· Any other admin works deem necessary
Requirements:
· Min GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ Level or ITE certificate
· Proficient in Microsoft office
· Possess at least 5 years’ administrative experiences
· Team player with good discipline and work attitude
· Good communication and interpersonal skill
