We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team, responsible for managing all aspects of the cost management and financial planning in construction projects. This role will involve ensuring project costs are accurately estimated, monitored, and controlled throughout all stages of development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage project cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering assessments to optimize project costs.
- Liaise with project stakeholders to provide accurate cost forecasts and financial updates.
- Prepare and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
