Our client is a Education Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Customer Service cum Admin Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central area.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond to daily emails and phone inquiries
- Provide support, advice, and counseling to students
- Manage graduation processes, including payment verification and document handling
- Coordinate mid-term test deferments and liaise with students and UC
- Handle exam script viewing requests, including coordination with the Exams Office and students
- Explain transfer contracts to students
- Conduct welcome orientations, LinkedIn workshops, and graduation ceremonies
- Perform class visits as needed
- Oversee ad-hoc projects or audit events
- Manage miscellaneous administrative tasks, such as attendance tracking and course evaluations
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 year of customer service and 2 years of administrative experience.
