Our client is a Education Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Telesales Representative to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.
Responsibilities:
- Use sales scripts to introduce products or services to leads, adapting scripts as needed.
- Understand the target market and confidently answer questions about the company or its programs.
- Qualify leads and refer them to the sales team.
- Enter and update customer information in Salesforce, maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure accuracy in sales information to avoid misrepresentation.
- Achieve or exceed sales goals.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Higher Nitec in any field.
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and telephone systems.
