We are looking for a dedicated Field Application Engineer to join our team. This role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for our IC interface products in the field, ensuring high-quality performance and compliance with cleanroom standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support for IC interface products at customer sites.
- Ensure compliance with cleanroom standards during all field activities.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and offer solutions.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least an ITE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong hands-on skills with small mechanical parts are essential.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD 2000, R14, and SolidWorks is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
