Assistant Project Engineer (BMS)
Job description
- Must have relevant experience in Building Management System (BMS).
- Have strong knowledge in designing a system for BMS system.
- Able to manage project cycle independently with minimum supervision.
- Work with external parties and customers to plan, organize and direct activities concerned with assigned projects.
- Develop project schedules in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop mechanisms to track schedule progress in the field; and update the schedule regularly.
- Responsible for site activities, coordination and supervision works related to engineering and systems design.
- Ensure timely completion of all projects particularly the T/C schedules.
- Responsible for project management including attending meetings, coordination, design and plan out shop drawing and submission of documentation and supervision.
- Liaise with consultants, architects and contractors and handle all technical matters.
- Ensure project works compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices.
- Attending site meeting and coordination with stakeholders, external parties and customers to plan, organize and other related activities for the assigned projects.
- As and when to take on new assignments.
Key Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Have full understanding of Instrumentation HVAC/ACMV control like AHU, Chillers, RCU etc.
- Knowledge of PLC programming (preferably Siemens PLC)
- Experience in SCADA software and strong knowledge of Industrial Control and Building Management System.
- Prefer relevant working experience; prefer with LTA ECS/LCS, TVS project experience.
- Prefer with IEC 61508 and LTA documentation submission.
Remuneration:
- $2,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
