We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Administrative and Accounting Staff. This role will involve a combination of administrative and accounting duties to support the smooth operation of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing documents
- Assist with accounting tasks including processing invoices, tax preparation and compliance, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Experience in both administrative and accounting roles would be prioritized
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and QuickBooks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
