Responsibilities:
Settlement
- Check report - "Automatic Checklist for Contra/Setoff".
- Perform contra statements printing.
- Set-Off contra gains against contra losses as per Trading Representatives' instruction.
- Reprint Trading Representatives' contra statements and place them in their respective mailboxes.
- Check all CPF revoked trades of contra set off on Sales due date.
- Check Business Done for Purchases and Sales on Foreign Markets against trade confirmations.
- Perform trade settlements for Foreign Markets.
- Monitoring of CFD trades.
- Transfer and deposit for foreign shares.
Reactivation/Reissue of Password
- To reissue Online Internet password (SL System)
- To reissue/reactivate KLSE & other foreign market password (print out pin mailers and mail out)
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Finance.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
