Job Description & Requirements
We are needing a reliable and experienced Audio Video Technician Officer who has good working attitude.
· Customer meetings as required by client
· Experienced in the same field at least 1 year
· To provide schedule studio slots as and when needed
· Knowledgeable to conferencing applications like webex, team meetings
· Specialised input devices
· Provide assistance throughout the sessions and present at the studio or meeting room
· Can do technical support, set up and maintenance
· Troubleshooting assistance when system doesn’t works
· To do installation/ updating of the new software
· To raise tickets, support team and to contact relevant vendors
· Assist handyman works
