Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, develop project plans and coordinate projects.
- Assist the business development team in identifying and developing new projects.
- Support the preparation of tenders.
- Prepare project budgets and technical specifications.
- Assist the operations team with Capex projects.
- Oversee project progress and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations upon project completion.
- Work with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the procurement team in selecting vendors and provide relevant technical information to facilitate the procurement of equipment and services for the project.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project engineering or a related role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Technical proficiency in project planning and documentation
- Collaborative mindset with experience working with diverse teams
