- Minimum 12 years experience in Project management and Certified Project Management Professional with BMI certificate.
- Day-to-day site Inspections with Contractors like P&S, Wet/Dry riser, Hose reel, and Fire Hydrant.
- To reduce the defect, work was done during the site visit and inspections with the team.
- Inspected before Shutdown for Water pipes standby Pipes / Pipe Fittings with approved brands and mentioned in the catalog, follow up with Client/ Consultant direction for the Shutdown and Turn ON.
- Raise RFI to Main Contractor for the non-confirming of Drawing and Schedule Discrepancies

- Ensure to use the approved brands in the approved Catalogue.
- Before M&E RI and Archi RI, the site will be checked with the contractor and make sure no lapse
- with works. If any delay in work highlight it to the consultant and Client.
- Monitor the RI documentation like COC, DOC, Buildability Certificate, Fire hydrant, and Hose reel Dry riser reports.
- Liaise with PUB for the FORM C via Email and on-site Inspection.
- Monitor and Submit the TOP Documentation like FORM C, submission.
- Ensure the OMM submission according to the consultant-approved format.
- Ensure the defect list is sent by main contractors and complete and witness prior
- handover to the client.
- Manage and coordinate activities of supervisors/ workers engaged in assembly, installation,
- and repair of pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water supply, and waste disposal
- systems for buildings.’
- Training new supervisors/ workers.
- Inspects work in progress and completed work to determine conformance to specifications.
- Inspecting the site for measuring the existing water pipes, valves & pumps to replace.
- Freehand Sketching / Auto CAD Drawing and coordinating with the draftsman for proper
- drawing submission.
- Manage BIM Team and coordinate modeler for BIM Model Submission
- Interpreting the drawings of water pipes, valves, and pumps.
- Attending meetings and Liaising with the Project Managers, M & E coordinators, Consultants
- & authorities regarding the Project.
