- Supervising and coordinating on-site construction activities related to aluminium facade installation
- Monitoring work progress, quality, and safety standards to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification
- Liaising with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or challenges that arise
- Providing on-site training and guidance to workers to maintain high levels of productivity and workmanship
- Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to create a safe working environment
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the project
- Reporting on project status, highlighting any potential risks or delays
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry, with a focus on aluminium facade installation
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges on-site
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and construction plans
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead by example
