Job Description:
- Experience in design development, project coordination and contract administration of projects of various scale
- To assist the Project Lead in his/her duties under Project Management, Design and Technical submission
- Able to work independently and collectively in a team responsible for coordinating design related matters
- Handle client, stakeholders, collaborators and consultants throughout all stages of project from start to end
- Effectively administer the construction contract such SIA and PSSCOC forms of contract
- Lead the project team throughout design and construction phases and ensure methodical and thorough documentation
- Formulate strategies and organize work flow to meet project objectives and deadlines
- Be familiar with prevalent regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice
Job Requirements:
- Possess a minimum M.Arch, RIBA II or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years experience with proven architectural building experience from project commencement to completion.
- Knowledge of SIA and PSSCOC contract.
- Possess excellent design abilities, creative flair and great visual awareness.
- Possess excellent drawing skills with familiarity working in 2D and 3D design softwares. Example ability working in Rhino3D, Adobe softwares, AutoCAD, BIM, Revit and etc.
- Parametric and scripting skills will be a plus
- Possess strong individual work ethic, highly motivated with collaborative mindset to work effectively in a team.
- Able to project manage, communicate and liaise effectively with collaborators and consultants.
- Quick learner and adaptability to work with tight schedules.
- Knowledge of building products, construction details, relevant rules and technical building requirements
