As a Support specialist, you will be immersed in real life production systems, that shape and devise the future of capital markets IT. You will have the support and guidance of identified subject matter experts, dedicated communities, as well as established leaders.
You will be working on Treasury/ALM applications and taking care of day-to-day BAU operations (L1/L2) of multiple apps. You will be closely associated with business and be a contact point to provide functional and technical support on Kondor+ platform as well as other in-house developed systems serving TSY and ALM operations. You will also liaise with business analysis and development teams to plan and manage priorities, highlight blockers and critical issues.
You will also be instrumental in optimizing the current procedures, ensure system resiliency with strong focus on continuous improvement. Provide support and mentor junior staff. Align yourself with bank’s initiatives and strategies.

- Must be able to mentor new/junior resources, impart knowledge and collaborate effectively within TSY and whole CMI.

- Flexibility to accept additional responsibilities and be able to multi-task.
- The Support analyst should have a pro-active mindset in security, incident preventive measures, productivity and global improvement of the quality of service.
- Must be flexible to participate in post business hours activities such as but not limited to overnight on-calls, weekend interventions, DRP, releases and other application activities that can be performed only outside the business duration/weekends.
Qualifications and Profile
Key Skills
- Candidates should have (5-7) years of experience in Production Support of financial systems.
- Master degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge on KONDOR+ application for 3+ years or 3+ years of experience in IT Support for another Capital Markets applications
- Candidates should have ITIL certification/knowledge.
- Knowledge of major market regulatory body’s rules is an advantage
- Exposure to Capital Markets applications (E.g. Summit, Kondor+, Murex, Calypso…) is an advantage
- Should be able to do SLA & KPI management, Client communication & interaction
- Predictive analysis, consulting, escalation management
- Risk analysis and project execution
- Knowledge in Capital Market FO/BO environment is an advantage
- Strong knowledge in Configuration Management
- Strong knowledge in XML, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, MQ Series, CFT and Control-M.
- Knowledge of monitoring solution like ITRS Geneos is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Careful observance of standards and processes
