The Manager, Business & Program Development will provide strategic leadership to enhance the organization’s overall growth. This role involves spearheading business development efforts, creating and executing impactful programs, and fostering collaborations to drive revenue and achieve organizational objectives. Additionally, the Manager will lead the business development and implementation of Workforce Development, Diversity and SMART MedTech, and Sustainability Initiatives in Southeast Asia to raise awareness and attract talents for the industry.
This is a full-time position and reports directly to the President, SEMI SEA at SEMI Southeast Asia office.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Increase programs relevancy and value to members – Develop new content for programs. Work closely with program committees, as they set program objectives and develop content. Assist in preparing meetings and project plans to meet program needs. Ensure quality of speakers and presentation materials. Create and develop new digital programs – increase values to members.
· Provide strategies for SEMI Southeast Asia – Play a vital role in contributing to strategizing for the expansion of the SEA region market, encompassing budget management and performing ROI analysis. Take the lead in Key Account Management to ensure sustained growth and success.
· Manage, develop and execute the business growth and Go-to-market strategies for new service.
· Conduct and execute business plans for new SEMI products - services and platforms to support SEMI’s larger span of the global electronics manufacturing supply chain in areas such as semiconductor equipment and materials, semiconductor manufacturing, automotive electronics, medical electronics, flexible and hybrid electronics, MEMS, Advanced Packaging (+ other IoT markets). Develop strategic partnerships (industrial, Public, Associations) for new segments (horizontally and vertically). Assess and prioritize SEMI’s targeted engagement in vertical and horizontal/adjacent supply chain segments.
· Strategic Planning – Contribute to the development of organizational strategies to drive sustainable growth.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE OR PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE:
· Education - B.S./B.A. degree in Business, marketing or related field or an equivalence in working experience.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or related roles.
· Knowledge of the semiconductor industry is mandatory with good contact points in E&E ecosystem.
· Strong collaboration and communication skills as demonstrated by ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
· Ability to collaborate effectively and articulate clear organizational vision.
