Job Scope & Responsibilities
Online & Walk-in Sales (B2C)
Online Sales Management:
- Manage and optimize sales through company websites, social media (Facebook, Instagram), and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada).
- Develop and execute online sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Inquiry Handling & message responses:
- Respond promptly to inquiries from online customers regarding products, pricing, availability, and delivery options.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
- Monitor and respond to messages and inquiries on all online sales platforms.
- Address customer concerns, help, and maintain a high standard of customer service
Sales and Product Knowledge:
- Providing sales service to walk-in customers entails effectively engaging, negotiating, providing product information, recommendations, solutions and closing sales transactions to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals.
- Actively promote and sell products, including spare parts and accessories.
Sales Transactions:
- Guide customers through the online purchase process, including order placement, customization (if applicable), and payment collection.
- Ensure a seamless and secure transaction experience for customers.
Installation and Delivery Coordination:
- Coordinate installation and delivery schedules with customers and relevant teams to ensure timely and efficient service.
Invoicing and Payment Collection:
- Prepare and issue sales invoices to customers accurately.
- Collect payments through various online payment methods, maintaining accurate records.
Stock Availability Checks:
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to verify stock availability for customer orders.
- Ensure timely communication of stock status to customers.
- Update the stock availability on every platform.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the sales team members, marketing, and management to develop sales strategies and tactics tailored to online channels.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to achieve sales targets.
Customer Service Excellence & Customer Engagement:
- Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests from customers.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing team to generate marketing materials, advertisements, promotions, and ideas that effectively support sales efforts and drive business growth.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contracts, agreements, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain organized records by filing and archiving invoices and customer-related documents.
Courier Services Coordination:
- Arrange courier or delivery services for online orders, ensuring timely and reliable deliveries to customers.
- Track shipment statuses and communicate delivery information to customers.
Quotations:
- Conducting a thorough assessment of the customer's requirements and preferences to ensure the quotation aligns with their specific needs, floor plan and design.
- Accurately calculating costs, pricing, and discounts, and preparing well-documented quotations that clearly outline products or services, terms, and pricing details for presentation to customers.
Reviews Management:
- Encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews and address any negative feedback professionally and promptly on all online platforms.
