Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will work closely with our senior marketing consultant to execute day-to
Day marketing activities and elevate company brand presence. In this hands-on role, you
will manage digital marketing efforts, run campaigns, maintain social media channels, and
support various aspects of the marketing strategy. We are seeking someone who is proactive,
able to take initiative, and excited to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) with engaging
content, including posting, scheduling, and community management.
· Collaborate with our videographer and video editor to ensure a steady flow of content.
· Design basic marketing materials (social media graphics, email banners, etc.) as needed.
· Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), including A/B testing for continuous improvement.
· Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including writing, designing, and managing email sequences to nurture leads and engage existing clients.
· Work on SEO optimization efforts to improve website ranking and drive traffic.
· Organize and manage events, both online(webinars) and in-person, to engage with clients and partners
· Analyze marketing performance data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
· Take initiative and be a hands-on team member, ensuring that all marketing efforts are executed with passion and attention to detail.
· Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and tools to ensure comapny remains at the forefront of industry best practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Proven experience in a marketing role with hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels (social media, digital ads, SEO, email marketing, etc.).
· Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including paid ads, SEO, A/B testing, and email marketing.
· Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools).
· Experience in event planning and execution.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
· Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced, small team setting.
· Ability to multitask and manage various projects with a hands-on approach.
Other Qualifications:
· Experience in the real estate or B2B sector.
· Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
· Knowledge of Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools
