Job description as followings: -
- Deal with all HR related matters and reports to CEO.
- Work independently.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant documents and information (e.g. HR System attendance etc).
- Responsible for records of Leave, Sick leave, and medical claims.
- Responsible in government-claim submissions (Maternity, Paternity, Childcare and NS claims)
- Handle MOM related matters including work pass applications/renewals/ cancellation/ appeals and updating of address for foreign employees.
- Responsible for Government Labor survey form, etc.
- Maintain and updates employee’s information at HR System and personal files.
- Checking Certificates of new recruits.
- Preparation of employment pre-medical check and confirmation letter, change of employment letter, final letter, etc.
- Preparation annual appraisal exercise.
- Insurance claims for medical and work injury incidents/ yearly insurance renewals.
- Manage recruitment process including screening candidates and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
- Preparation of Audit HR matters.
- Administer season parking for new join.
- Administer training-related matters including oordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training records, etc.
- New employee’s onboarding and preparation induction, new staff orientation.
- Update & Maintain organization chart and company contact list.
- Plan and coordinate staff welfare activities (Christmas party, CNY lunch, Audit and Dinner & Dance).
- Office invoice reconciliation and processing.
- Maintenance office & purchasing of office equipment’s/pantry supplies.
- Handle reception duties (when necessary), etc.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of HR Executive related experience especially MOM EP application / renewal & Government claims.
Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management.
Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Organized, Meticulous and able to work.
independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office applications, good in excel.
Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
Experience with Ship Management companies will be advantageous.
