Your primary tasks and responsibilities in this position will be to:
· Participate and conduct various general administrative tasks using Expereo’s Back Office Systems
· Ensure quality and timely handling of cancellation orders towards Customer and Supplier
· Handle customers’ inquiries, disputes, and complaints related to the cancellation of orders
· Manage correspondences between internal and external stakeholders
· Follows up on issues raised and encountered during processing of cancellation
· Maintain healthy customer relationships, acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams
· Implement corrective and preventive actions where required and necessary
· Additional functions as mandated by Management
Job Requirements
· An eager person to develop and learn, team player, and a hands-on mentality;
· Completed higher tertiary education (Nitec, Diploma) or higher, and can demonstrate by experience a similar level;
· You have experience in an international environment, preferably within an international Telco environment;
· Excellent communication skills in English, another language is beneficial;
· Well organised, meticulous, have excellent communication skills, an eagerness to develop and learn, team player, and hands-on mentality
· Highly developed organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
· Excellent Microsoft Office (excel, access) skills
· Experience with working across multiple departments and cross-functional teams
· Proven experience in direct customer contact, with a customer-focused mindset
