Responsibilities
- Diagnose and solve technical problems on semiconductor machinery and systems, such as computer setups, advanced software, or networked/wireless systems.
- Carry out on-site installations, continuous improvement initiatives, parts overhauls, preventative maintenance, equipment modifications, and repair work.
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and the customer for both administrative and technical matters related to assigned projects.
- Organize logistics and coordinate with customers on equipment-related issues.
- Address customer complaints, offering timely solutions to resolve their issues.
- Track product performance, providing regular updates and feedback on customer service requests.
- Report recurring customer concerns to management to help prevent future issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in Semiconductor Industry
- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Good time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
- Good team player with the ability to work independently
