- Basic $5500 - $7000 + $1000 Transport Allowance + Commission
- Mon to Fri: 9.00am - 6.00pm
- Location: Cargo Agents Building

Job Responsibilities:
- Acquire new business and expand the customer base to drive growth.
- Lead engagement, development, and retention of assigned customers, maintaining positive relationships.
- Prepare and deliver competitive quotations and proposals to meet revenue, volume, and gross profit targets.
- Execute business development strategies and support sales planning and tactics with management.
- Collaborate with product teams (Air, Ocean, etc.) to secure optimal rates for customer proposals.
- Analyze and optimize customer performance, implementing actions to drive growth locally and, if required, regionally or globally.
- Foster effective collaboration and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (Tech, Product, CS, Ops) to support sales initiatives and process improvements.
Job Requirements:
- 5 - 8 years relevant working experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry.
- Min. Degree in Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
- Proven experience in business development and strategic account Management.
