Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager with a proven track record in business process outsourcing (contact centre and customer services) and talent recruitment to drive growth in the Singapore market. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a deep understanding of the local market, and a wide network of potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals, social media)
- Research and qualify leads based on their needs and potential business value
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, case studies)
- Work closely with the service delivery team to ensure seamless handover of clients and smooth project execution
- Prepare weekly sales reports, including pipeline analysis, forecast, and deal closure updates
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in BPO or IT services.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, particularly in the BPO industry (contact centre and customer services).
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven negotiation skills to close deals and secure favourable terms.
