Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager with a proven track record in business process outsourcing (contact centre and customer services) and talent recruitment to drive growth in the Singapore market. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a deep understanding of the local market, and a wide network of potential clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals, social media)
  • Research and qualify leads based on their needs and potential business value
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, case studies)
  • Work closely with the service delivery team to ensure seamless handover of clients and smooth project execution
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, including pipeline analysis, forecast, and deal closure updates
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue and customer satisfaction


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in BPO or IT services.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, particularly in the BPO industry (contact centre and customer services).
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven negotiation skills to close deals and secure favourable terms.
