Job Description
.To assist the HR department in HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and provide support for events.
Manage application/renewal and cancellation of work passes
To maintain up-to-date and accurate HR documents
To report to HR Manager and carry out HR-related duties
Undertake any adhoc HR duties as assigned
Be able to be independent and fast track
- Prior administrative or industry experience would be advantageous
- To aasist the HR department in HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and provide support for events.

- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Good interpersonal skills, able to relate to people from diffrent culture and languages
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work well independently as well as in a team, multi-tasking and adapt to fast-paced environment, young and energictic and be able to work independently
- Ever work in a child care sertting will be an added advantaged.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Salary will depend on the number of years experience
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, words and excel
Proficient in HR practices, MOM regulations, and the Employment Act.
Diploma in HR management or a related field.
