Job Description
1) Evaluate and recommencing on the award of construction contracts
2) Assist Project Manager in all contractual and costing matters
3) Ensure compliance with appropriate procedures
4) Preparing of variations pricing and agreement of contracts variations, progress claims and monitor project cash flows.
5) Verifing monthly progressive claims and payments to all sub-contracts
Job Requirements
1) Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying
2) Min. 2 years in Building Construction Industry
3) Proficiency in taking off, cost and estimating all kinds of building projects including design and building.
