The upcoming Eastern General Hospital (EGH) seeks to provide excellent healthcare and promote healing that is centred around each person. In this role, you will be supporting Clinical Division Lead(s) in driving and coordinating the processes for researching and developing the new clinical care model and service plans, in particular new models of care which leverage digital and mobile care technologies.

You will contribute to the development and execution of the nesting plan, initiatives, and strategies for the new hospital. This role provides opportunities to work with internal departments and other key stakeholders to align development work plans to the hospital’s objectives. This cross-functional exposure will broaden your understanding of healthcare and position you for future growth.

You will also be providing secretariat support for meetings to support the above activities, as well as following-up on issues raised at meetings and assisting to coordinate follow-up actions until resolved.

Job requirements

  • Recognised degree in any discipline with minimum 8 years of related work experience.
  • Good background clinical knowledge with proven managerial/ supervisory experience in leading teams/projects.
  • Familiar with data extraction from relevant healthcare-information systems or prior relevant work experience would be an advantage.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Team player, innovative, resourceful, and independent individual.
  • Possess good analytical, strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation.
